Payment Policy We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash. We do not accept checks. Card on File Policy/Cancellation Policy For any service scheduled on a future date, we require a credit card for reservation of that service time. We kindly ask for a 24 hour cancellation for salon services, and a 48-72 hour cancellation for extension services. If you do not cancel within the specified time frame, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Late Policy We kindly ask that you arrive at your appointments, on time, to ensure adequate time with your service provider. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time may be shortened in order to accommodate the next scheduled appointment, but your service price will not change. However, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. Mobile Phone/Tablet Policy Upon arrival, please silence your devices and refrain from use during your service, we will not be responsible for any damages.
