Salon Policies At Beauty Reborn Salon, we value your time and strive to provide every guest with an exceptional experience. The following policies help us ensure a smooth, relaxing visit for everyone: Payment Policy We’re happy to offer convenient payment options for your comfort and ease. We gladly accept all major credit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and tap/contactless payments. Checks are not accepted Card on File & Cancellation Policy A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for salon service cancellations and 48–72 hours’ notice for extension and chemical services. Cancellations made outside the required time frame will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Late Policy We ask that you arrive on time to ensure the full experience of your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened to respect the next guest’s time. If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Service pricing will remain the same. Mobile Device Policy To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we ask that all mobile devices be silenced upon arrival and that phone use be kept to a minimum during your service. You’re welcome to use your phone or tablet while processing, but please avoid calls or video chats in the salon area. Beauty Reborn Salon is not responsible for any damage to personal devices.
